New Addition to B. Riley Corporate Finance Group

We would like to welcome Adam Goldston, who has joined the corporate finance group as a Managing Director. Adam will focus on health care. Most recently, he was an SVP in corporate development at Prospect Medical Group (a Leonard Green portfolio company). Prior to that he was an SVP in investment banking at Jefferies specializing in health care and life sciences and also worked at CSFB/DLJ.

Adam graduated from Claremont McKenna College and has an MBA from The Anderson School at UCLA. He is also a CFA and and will be based out of our Los Angeles office.
