B. Riley Represents American Banknote Corporation in the Announced  Sale of its European Card Operations to Morpho

B. Riley is acting as exclusive financial advisor to American Banknote Corporation (ABnote) in the announced sale of its European card manufacturing and personalization operations to Morpho Cards GmbH, for an undisclosed amount. The sale to Morpho will enable ABnote to redeploy resources for growth in the increasingly technology-driven North American and Australasian markets, in which it currently commands a leading presence.

B. Riley’s Managing Director Ryan Bernath and Senior Vice President Salomon Kamalodine lead the banking team.
