Additionally, SVVC has granted the underwriters, led by Ladenburg Thalmann & Co. and National Securities Corporation, an option for 30 days to purchase up to an additional 660,000 shares of common stock.

In an effort to streamline operations, I am pleased to report that Andy Moore has been officially promoted to Director of Institutional Sales. Over the last few years Shane, Ken and Andy have worked tirelessly as a committee to manage the sales process for the firm. While there are certain advantages to having multiple people manage, it has become clear that given our growth path, the organization would benefit from a single dedicated head of sales, a role that Andy will fulfill going forward.
