  • Exclusive Financial Advisor in arranging for debt financing for Dynamics Research Corporation (NASDAQ: DRCO) to fund a $143,000,000 acquisition.
  • Participant Underwriter in $115,000,000 senior secured note facility for Kratos Defense & Security Solutions, Inc. (NASDAQ: KTOS)
  • Placement Agent in $31,000,000 private placement for API Technologies (NASDAQ: ATNY).
  • Exclusive Financial Advisor in $23,000,000 debt financing for the O'Gara Group.
  • Exclusive Financial Adviser to Cardiogenesis Corp. (OTCQB: CGCP) in its $21,700,000 sale to CryoLife, Inc. (NYSE: CRY).
  • Co-Manager in $16,800,000 public stock offering for Odyssey Marine Exploration Inc. (NASDAQ: OMEX).
  • Placement Agent and Exclusive Financial Advisor in $14,000,000 private placement of debt and equity for National Technical Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq: NTSC).


New Additions to the B. Riley Team:

  • Adam Goldston, Managing Director, joins to head the  Healthcare Group of the investment banking department. He comes to B. Riley from Prospect Medical Holdings and earlier from Jefferies.
  • Ki Yom, Vice President, joins to cover Consumer Products, Retail and Industrials in the investment banking department.  He joins B. Riley from Morgan Stanley and earlier from UBS and Bear Stearns.
