The offering consists of 8,625,000 shares priced at $13.00 per share. It includes an overallotment of 1,125,000 shares of common stock, which the underwriters exercised in full. In a press release issued by Kennedy Wilson on July 19, 2012, the company reported that it expected the offering to close on or about July 24, 2012, subject to customary closing conditions.
