B. Riley Acts as Co-Manager in $112.1 Million Common Stock Offering for Kennedy Wilson (KW)
Los Angeles, CA -- B. Riley & Co., LLC (B. Riley) www.brileyco.com, a full service broker dealer providing research, investment banking, sales and trading, announced that it is acting as a co-manager in a $112,125,000 common stock offering for Kennedy Wilson Inc. (NYSE: KW).
The offering consists of 8,625,000 shares priced at $13.00 per share. It includes an overallotment of 1,125,000 shares of common stock, which the underwriters exercised in full. In a press release issued by Kennedy Wilson on July 19, 2012, the company reported that it expected the offering to close on or about July 24, 2012, subject to customary closing conditions.
B. Riley co-manages the offering with CJS Securities, Inc. and JMP Securities, LLC. BofA Merrill Lynch and Deutsche Bank Securities are acting as joint book-running managers.
